Located on the outskirts of Panajachel but worlds away from the hustle and bustle, this brand new, one-of-a-kind, two-story loft will wow you with its panoramic, 180-degree views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding villages. Soak in the views from almost every corner of this property – including the hot tub situated on a private terrace complete with large retractable umbrella and teak table and chair set. The upper level of the loft has a spacious balcony with oversized hammock & Acapulco chairs, living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. On the lower level of the loft, you’ll find two bedrooms that are separated by a family room. The front bedroom has two twin beds (that can be combined to make a king-size bed) and ceiling to floor windows. The rear bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level of the loft also has a roomy bathroom, complete with rain head shower and plenty of hot water. The nearby villages of Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes, or by tuk-tuk (three-wheeled moto taxi) in about five minutes. This charming studio casita is situated on a hillside with the best views of sunrise and moonrise over Lake Atitlan as well as fantastic canyon views. Very private, quiet, lovely gardens, kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. Min. 2 days Santa Cruz is only accessible by boat and is known for its beauty and tranquility. There are some good local restaurants along the lake shore plus kayak rentals and great swimming at the foot our our hill. Hiking is also wonderful in our area.

The property is only accessible by boat but its approx. a 15 minute walk to the town of Santa Cruz, and very close to kayak and paddle board rentals. We are about a 10 minute boat ride to Panajachel.
