Batty Barn is a barn conversion on a working farm close to Scarborough. Harwood Dale is a rural setting, set in the National Park.The cottage is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and we do accept a well behaved dog at the property. The cottage sleeps 4. There is a king size bed in bedroom 1 which has an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds. A travel cot & highchair are available on request. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley. Due to its location our much loved cottage is not for you if steps are an issue!
