La casa está ubicada hacia la carretera de cuota Tijuana-Ensenada a 73 KM de la entrada Marina Puerto Salina, si viene desde San Ysidro estamos a 1 hora dependiendo del tráfico, una vez que llegando a la propiedad estamos a solo 15 min de la entrada de Ensenada, a 25 minutos de los viñedos de Santo Tomás, a 10 minutos de Puerto Nuevo y 25 minutos de distancia de las Playas de Rosarito.
