Aayat is in an army sector of Noida which is safe clean quiet and serene. It’s centrally located with Botanical metro and sector 18 metro about one and half kms away. Sector 27 also called Bhramputra shopping complex is 5 mts walking distance. Aayat is freshly reconstructed ready to welcome guests with open arms.

Stay in this real sculptor's studio turned into a beautiful living space. Designed by artist Tarpan Patel. It is centrally located, close to places of interest, popular restaurants, bars, art and cultural centers. Things to note: It is a concept place so, some may find it overcrowded with tools and sculptures. The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift access. Parking is off site on main road. Can be 1 or 2min walk. No visitors allowed due to Covid.
