Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Welcome to our brand-new one bedroom self-contained guesthouse in the heart of Sorrento's Northern Beaches! Completely self-contained downstairs within a large coastal property, discover your private haven with standout features, including an alfresco kitchen, outdoor breakfast bar, day bed, swinging chair and comfy bed – all just steps away from a snorkelling trail at the end of the street.
