Located in Arthurs Point, we are only a few minutes drive from Queenstown (5km/2.5miles) Coronet Peak Ski Field/MTB, 2 brew pubs, Shotover River walks and bike tracks, Onsen hot pools, and multiple adventure activities are just minutes from the front door. Private (off-street) parking is available onsite and the public bus is 5 just minutes walk away.

It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

The Studio is situated on a small hill a short 15 minutes stroll to downtown Queenstown. With all the amenities you will need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible including a kitchen, washing machine, & lovely warm gas heating & hotwater. Supermarkets, Restaurants & Adventure Activities are just 10 minutes away. The spectatular views speak for themselves & being so close to Queenstown means you can get around on foot & forget the worries of parking.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.

A self contained studio with queen sized bed, living area, kitchen & ensuite. A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
