To welcome you to our world our decor is neutral glam, in private and peaceful surroundings in Cowies Hill with a large deck overlooking a nature reserve. Features: air conditioning with heater, large TV with full DSTV bouquet, WiFi uncapped 40 meg line, use of a swimming pool, and workspace. The self catering kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, airfryer, induction cooking plate, plus all crockery & cutlery. Bedroom has comfortable double bed and cupboard.

Upstairs on Impangele

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms have a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

The Pad - A Quiet Refuge

This centrally located bachelor flat is perfect for the city explorer or out of town business person. Nestled in a peaceful leafy neighbourhood with the beach 10 minutes away and nightlife just around the corner. The unit has its own entrance and secure parking. Also this unit is on the solar system so no load shedding issues! Please note the unit is on a shared property and their is a dog. Not suitable for parties or noisy get togethers. Guests who disrespect this will be asked to leave.

Come and experience the cute little 20ft shipping container that has been turned into a cozy stay for a single or couples. The functional kitchen with all the basic necessities will be all you need to create a romantic dinner, or even just a coffee for yourself - both of which can be enjoyed with a tree-top view from the deck. We are Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac, minutes away from central Westville, overlooking the University Campus and Beautiful Palmiet Nature Reserve. Durban International Airport is 30 mins drive away & Durban's beaches only 12km away. Private & tranquil with your own entrance and parking spaces. With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.
