Our lovely retreat offers privacy, comfort, and convenience. Designed as our honeymoon/bridal suite, this property is part of our wedding venue. **The property will not be available if a wedding is booked. It's great location is less than a mile from I-40 and is just a couple of miles from HWY 111 in the fabulous town of Cookeville. The wonderful setting has a feel of being a million miles away. Fall asleep listening to the great horned owl calling to her mate. Watch dawn light up the small valley below, perhaps catch a glimpse of the red fox as he passes. Bring ice for cooler.

Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.
