Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

St George’s Cosy Cabin with Jacuzzi Hot Tub

The cabin is situated behind our house down a privately owned lane surrounded by woods and farmland and consists of 1 double bedroom but can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Cot, highchair and 2 single airbeds are also available. It boasts a large patio with quality furniture solely for guests' use. The jacuzzi is an added luxury and £15 is requested during your stay if used. There is a large fully stocked fishpond of which guests are welcome to feed.
