The McKinney Garden House is a cozy guest house located in a quiet, McKinney Historic District neighborhood. The house is a ten minute walk to McKinney’s vibrant downtown square which features a variety of unique shops, restaurants, bars, live music, wineries, special events and more. The McKinney Garden House offers all the amenities of a full-size home, making it perfect for long weekend couples getaway or business travelers. The property is not recommended for infants or young children.

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. When you’re not shopping at the Outlets, spectating at the Events Center, or taking a scenic stroll on the creek trail — The space is all you need for a calm retreat. The studio is attached to the main home but is a completely separate unit, with its own private entrance and easy parking.

We have a kitchenette with a microwave, large toaster oven, full-sized fridge and Keurig coffee maker. You will feel welcome, cozy and at home when you stay in our guest house. Just one-block walk to coffee shops, farm-to-table restaurants, patio cafes and shopping. You won’t want to ever leave.
