Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

Forget your worries in our spacious and serene oceanfront 3 bedroom home with stunning views of Peggy's Cove and the ocean! Our beautiful home can sleep up to 7 guests comfortably and includes many features such as a BBQ, fire table, outdoor deck with views of the ocean, & seating right near the water. We are a short walk to Peggy's Point, Peggy's Point Lighthouse, & many other places on the cove like shops, restaurants, hiking trails & nature parks. Enjoy your stay!

Castle Bay Cottage

This adorable completely re-modeled cottage is steps away from the beautiful, sandy, salt water beach known as Coolen's Beach in Shad Bay, Nova Scotia. Twenty minutes from Halifax with hiking, kayaking, golf courses and restaurants all close by and scenic Peggy's Cove a short 20 minute drive away. We have created a charming and super comfortable retreat. We are sure our guests will enjoy the relaxing, peaceful vibe that this hidden little gem offers.

Accommodating up to 6 guests, this open concept, fully equipped cottage is ideal for couples, small families or outdoor enthusiasts any time of year. The airbnb is located 20 minutes outside of Halifax on six-acres with an outdoor fireplace, BBQ and stunning views that overlook Back Bay.
