Enjoy kayaking,4 wheeling and snowmobiling.We have direct access to ITS 85&90 and multiple ATV trails.For hunting enthusiasts we are centrally located between hunting zones 2,3 5&6.

Cabin #1 is located on 12 acres with 3 other Pond Brook cabins! You’ll love the great view from the covered front porch, easy access to snowmobile trails and other nearby amenities -public beach, diners, convenient stores, gas stations, public boat landing, banks, etc! Friends can travel with you, without giving up your privacy! Our log cabins offer the cozy country warm of a log cabin and the conveniences of home!! We allow a pet with responsible pet owners. There’s a $15/nt pet fee.

Lakefront! The Bird's Nest

Welcome to solitude perfected. The newly built Bird's Nest sits close to the water with direct views of the lake. The kitchenette includes a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee pot. The main bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and the upstairs loft features 4 twin beds (bedding is included). This cabin is also equipped with a heat pump/air conditioner as well as a propane heater for winter months. The bathroom is SHARED at the sparkling clean central bathhouse.

Presque Isle Lakefront Paradise

Stunning waterfront property on beautiful Echo Lake located only a few miles from downtown Presque Isle. Year round 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home situated on 1/3 acres just across the lake from Aroostook State Park. Home is a destination for spring and summer fun, fall foliage, hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling. Wifi and Spectrum TV are included as well as parking for your trailer. Quaggy Jo Lake Road is a dead end road with only a few homes for peace and tranquility.

Camp Timoney, Lake House

Need a place to get away, explore, and relax? Watch all the wildlife on Lake Timoney. This private Camp is cozy, with many amenities, and comforts of home, but still has all the Maine Camp feels. Directly Connects to ATV trails. Snowmobile trail ITS83 can also be accessed directly from the property! Lots of great restaurants are connected to these trails. Camp Timoney is 6 minutes off the highway, New Limerick is 5 minutes away, Houlton is just 15 minutes from camp.

The Loft

This space is warm and cozy during our cold northern Maine winters and air conditioned for those few 90 degree days in July and August. We cater to hunters, fishermen, snowmobilers, and leaf peepers. The mbr has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin. Guests will have a beautiful view of Portage Lake and surrounding areas. For moose hunters, we are located in zone 2 with a short drive to zones 3,5 and 6. Snowmobilers love the easy access to ITS85 and ITS90.

Picturesque Lake Side Cabin

Enjoy a lake side getaway with the whole family at our cabin on the West Shore of Portage Lake. Lounge in the sun or read a book on the chaise. Enjoy a round of golf at the local country club or a tasty dinner at Deans Motor Lodge in town. Sit around the camp fire and roast marshmallows or gather round the table for a card game. No matter what you choose, you're bound to relax and recharge at the lake.

Monticello Home for Families and Sportsmen

Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a porch that has a full size bed, and the dry basement also has a full size bed. Less than 100 yards from snowmobile and ATV trails! Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. Guide service available upon request.

Riverside Retreat

Riverside Retreat is a fully equipped guest suite located on the mighty Saint John River in Upper Kent, NB, Canada. This peaceful retreat offers something for everyone to enjoy. Amenities include 2 kayaks (seasonal), fireplace, lawn games, beautiful grounds, a deck and dock area.
