The tiny house has its own space and stunning Mt. Hood views, with our main home visible but not impacting your privacy. Designed around a custom moving window wall system, it opens fully to the outdoors, bringing the mountain right into your stay for unforgettable sunrises, sunsets, and true Mt. Hood magic.

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Nested on a bluff with sweeping territorial views bordered by the Clackamas River, this 2 bedroom home sits on an acre of property just outside of Portland. It has been completely updated with a new gourmet kitchen, spa-like bathroom, master with a private balcony, dedicated work space, and a huge deck to enjoy all that nature has to offer. The upper yard is fully fenced for your pup and there is private walking path to the river.

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.
