With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. Iconic Farmhouse w/ Furnished Silo & Highland Cows

This beautiful house is the culmination of eight friends’ vision for an ecological and architectural experience. Set on a picturesque 33-acre grassfed cattle farm, this 4 bedroom, 3 loft, 2.5 bath dwelling is ideal for family get-togethers and intimate reunions with old friends. Many Blue Ridge Mountain sunsets have been celebrated from the open air balcony. Due to the number of staircases and separated rooms, the property is not ideal for folks with toddlers or those with mobility limitations.

2 BR barn w/ loaded game room and pool available

This custom-built barn features 2 BR and 1 BA. The main level boasts a fully-equipped game area with billiards, shuffleboard table, air hockey, a 60-game arcade machine, a Mortal Kombat machine, a poker table, and two cabinets brimming with card and board games. Three smart TVs adorn the walls. The shared backyard outdoor space includes a hot tub, hammock, outdoor putting green, an adjustable basketball hoop, swings, a grill, horseshoes, a playground, a gazebo area, and a stocked fishing pond.

Moon Hold Cottage - Retreat, Refresh, Recharge

Unplug from city life and venture out to our small organic farm. Spend a night or two in the private guest cottage while enjoying nearby vineyards and restaurants. Spend the day browsing in the local antique shops or relax on the farm and watch nature's display (butterflies, birds, an occasional critter.) We may be working in the garden or putting up hay. We're always glad to share a bit of the harvest when the vegetables are ripe, so you can take some home to enjoy. All are welcome here!

The Barn at Belgrove. Welcome to a private and quiet escape on a 67 acre manor in Leesburg. A horse property with abundant wildlife offers a peaceful getaway on an historic property. This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

A unique and private mountain top colonial era spring house, with two springs flowing thru the basement. Originally the site of a tannery in the 1700s. Here you can relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. We celebrate all four seasons where you can enjoy Mother Nature's ever changing scenery at 1300' above sea level with fresh mountain air. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.
