An open 850 sq ft. studio w/ a queen bed, living space with a modern smart TV & gas fireplace, bar/kitchenette, private entrance & bathroom. The space is intended for solo travelers only. I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years. Turn of the century/Wes Anderson Inspired converted lower level basement of an 1890s house. Great proximity to Downtown and public transportation, as well as all the cool stuff to do in N Portland. We are a block away from Mississippi Ave. and close to N. Williams and Freeway access to I-5. You will have a private entry from the front of the house. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, friends, and families (with kids). We do not allow smoking of any substances in the home.

We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Our cozy-comfy 4 season yurt is nestled under majestic trees on a beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre. Located in a quiet, safe SW Portland neighborhood with a park, hike/bike trail a block away. We are 6 miles from downtown, with beaches, gorge and Mt. Hood accessible for day outings. There is a full kitchen, a natural gas fireplace and complete electrical and plumbing service. The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.
