Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Completely overdone with modernization and open floor concept, this house gives you a sense of staying in absolute luxury, but within the confines of a cozy home. With the immense yard in the front and fenced in yard in the back this house provides everything. The house provides four bedrooms with a total of seven beds. One of the bedrooms has three beds in it and is extremely large and it would be great for those families with kids.

3600 square foot home perfect for families & groups. Fully renovated, modern home. 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths makes it the perfect FUN house! Game room inside the home. Each rooms has a smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen. Community pool in neighborhood. Short drive to Daytona Beach, the Halifax River, beach, with easy access to I-95 for exploring the area. Great restaurants within 1 mile. This home is ideal for groups when everyone wants to stay together under one roof. Oversized driveway.

Our "Beach House"

The garage is not part of the rental as we have personal items stored in there. Our "Beach House" is 10 minutes from Daytona Beach - close to the beach, Daytona Speedway, shopping, restaurants, downtown entertainment, etc. We are 1 hour from Orlando attractions. Our neighborhood is a very quiet, suburban neighborhood. Sorry - NO bikes. Some renters might find this too restrictive, if this is you, we ask that you do not rent with us. Our property is not pet friendly.

Centrally Located quite neighborhood in Port Orange near everything you can want! 4 bedroom 3 bathroom. Great big house for your group. If you are looking for a Florida getaway look no further. The house is about 12 minute drive from the beach and near restaurants and shops. Also you are not too far from the Race Track as well as Main St. Plenty of room for your family or friends. Good size drive way. The neighborhood is super quiet and great for a relaxing getaway!
