We are located on a canal with a dock with quick access to Charlotte Harbor, the Peace River, and intracoastal waterway via boat. There are many local restaurants, activities, and fun things to do. Watch the sunset from your dock or take a 5 minute car ride to Punta Gorda to watch from numerous local restaurants on the water.

In addition, you have a beautiful heated saltwater pool, a dock with gorgeous water views and boat lift.

You can meet the rest of the opacarophiles who walk to the beach to view the sunset. Relax in the jacuzzi with your favorite beverage. NOTE: Beach is sandy but the water is BRACKISH, not clear. This is mostly a retirement neighborhood. This is NOT a party house and not suitable for unattended children.

The The home is on a brackish canal, (waterfront not beachfront.) Sit back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Sit out on the dock and fish for Tarpon or just watch the dolphins and manatees swim by! The pool is heated year round with ELECTRIC HEATER! Outside screened in seating area facing the canal. Bicycles and kayaks available for use. If something is not working please let me know! Also, I do not control the tide so using the kayaks may not be feasible! at all times!
