Keyless access leads to a relaxing covered patio, outdoor bar, grill and sitting area. Private covered parking. There are full time tenants above the flat. They are very considerate and know to limit noise, especially during quiet hours of 10pm - 10am.

We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 24+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. Our home is bright, disinfected and spacious. Our 2 house cats (Sonic and Boom) agree too. If you have allergies, consider another property. The view amazes even us! (Yes, that is Mount Baker between the two large trees.) No one's complained about our huge and comfortable deck, fully stocked kitchen, quiet location and fun hot tub yet! Yippee! While you are here, you will "OWN" the whole main floor and outside level. We are honored to share our home with you.

Relax and enjoy yourself in this spacious studio with a view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the San Juan Islands. This newly renovated 800 sq ft studio is the perfect place to watch ships sailing, track the weather moving across the water, and spy Mount Baker. The unit is located close to the John Wayne Marina, the Olympic Discovery Trail, lavender farms and downtown Sequim. The Olympic National Park and the ferry to Victoria, BC is just a short drive away.

Watch the otters play and the boats sail past! 960 sq ft open plan apartment with great room, small well-equipped kitchen, propane fireplace, bedroom w/ comfy king bed & dressing area with sink, laundry room w/washer & dryer. There's a nook in the great room that houses a futon type full sized bed that can sleep two (smaller people or kids). The tall ceilings make it feel extra spacious and the windows let lots of light and views in.
