Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Boasts amazing views over open farmland, a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. Close to Polzeath beach which is a 25 minute walk across the golf course.. Luxury interior, mini kitchen ( no oven), ensuite bathroom ( yes, inside the Hut!), wood burning stove, and comfy double bed . Private outside area, with a BBQ ( charcoal NOT supplied), and storage shed .

The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! The Laos hut which is a traditional design from the far East is built on stilts to give the shepherds a good view of their flock it also has an amazing panoramic view of the sea and coast it is totally private in its own enclosed field and just 2 fields away from the coastal path between Trebarwith and Port Isaac.direct access to Tregardock beach The hut has a small double bed a wood stove and solar lights. no Tv no internet A seperate hut has the shower wc basin and camp kitchen.
