World class mountain biking trails in the Whakawerawera forest - only a 10minute cycle, central city in a 20min walk down the road and the choice of 2 golf courses close by. Hard to walk past the amazing boutique bakery, which is just around the corner. We hope our cosy bed for the night, helps your explore Rotorua and you love it as much as we do!

Self contained apartment, close to town and forest

Welcome to Lily and Greg's place. We have a self contained, upstairs apartment in a quiet location, just off the main street at the Southern entry to Rotorua. Enjoy the warm Lockwood style accommodation which has a queen size bed in the main living area and a bedroom with bunks. The open plan offers kitchen with a cook top, microwave and portable oven. A washing machine is available for guests. City centre is 2km and forest mountain bike tracks within 1km. We have a lock-up for your bikes.

Our studio is located central to Rotorua township, tourist attractions, redwood forest & much more. You have full access to your own fully self-contained private studio with separate entrance. Enjoy the views into our manicured garden from your private patio. Our quiet street offers secure parking onsite (storage for bikes/sports equipment), short walking distances to supermarkets, local shops, easy access to bus routes. Excellent choice for solo travelers, couples, business travelers.

Enjoy our cosy, self contained bedsit unit which is detached from the main house with its own private entrance and off street parking. Our unit is not modern in design or decor but it is clean and central with a comfy double bed, fresh linen, towels, and hot water for showering. Simple breakfast supplied for your first night, all for a reasonable rate in quiet cul de sac street, just 20 minutes walk to town centre, or 5 minute walk to bus ride for resturants and sightseeing attractions.

The location is very quiet, but it is only a short walk (15-20 mins) or taxi ride to the bustle of the CBD. The property is a tastefully renovated 3-Bedroom (optional 4th Bedroom) cottage with a range of amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.

A five minute walk to a range of restaurants, bars and the city centre; and a ten minute walk to Eat Street and the lake front. The world renowned Redwoods and mountain biking are an easy ride away, while the gondolas, luge and the many beautiful tourist attractions and pristine lakes are just a short drive by car.
