Spacious, nostalgic flat on 3rd floor (kitchen+3 rooms=78m2): 4 comfortable beds (90x200) and 1 sofa. The floor is covered with natural varnished oak parquet. It has some furniture from the Soviet era. Open balcony has a view to the park. In the kitchen You find Jura coffeemaker, French press, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard. The flat is comfy up to 4 people.

All of the sights are within a few minute walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. The place is surrounded with cozy bars/cafes and the finest restaurants. Both of the windows are facing the courtyard so it is always quiet.
