The space is a clean, comfortable & private 2nd floor apartment with private entrance - top floor apartment of a 2- family house. Price is for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $40/person/night. Linens & towels are included for bookings over $150 per night. Otherwise, we can provide for $10.

Ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floors, very large wrap around covered porch. Just close enough to enjoy Jenkinson's amusement pier, weekly fireworks in the summer, family events and restaurants. Pool opens middle of May and closes in September.
