Newly remodeled! Home away from home

We are located in South Mission Beach on Ensenada Ct a couple blocks South of Belmont Park. Bob and I live upstairs and offer a small 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartment (approximately 500 sq. feet each) on the ground floor to vacationers. Please note that the 2nd room is a very small with twin bunkbed suitable for children or small adults. We enjoy having guests from all over the world come to visit and love watching everyone enjoy South Mission Beach as much as we do.

Amazing View, walk to beach

Stunning views in great location. Close to airport, yet quiet, peaceful & serene. Walk to restaurants & the beach. Within 10 miles of Balboa Park, Zoo, Little Italy, Gas Lamp, Sea World, Mission Bay, etc. This unit, which is located in our house, has its own private entrance. I'm not sure whether to call this a studio or 1 bedroom. In NYC, it would be considered a "Jr. 1 bedroom." The small bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet with shelving, but no door.
