Kitchen with combined living area has sofa , trundle bed(for 3rd/4th paying guest), dining table & is equipped with tv, air cond, ceiling fan, fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, electric bbq, toaster , jug, Air Fryer 5.5Litre, rice cooker, wok. It has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, air con throughout, ceiling fans, smart tv. 400 metres walk to beach, and a short walk to supermarket, cafes and mount coolum national park. Take in the fantastic mountain view from your private balcony after a morning at the beach. The local airport is 15mins drive away and bus stop is a short flat walk.

No TV, BYO Wifi. 20' basic container. Single trundle bed. Surrounded by native bush garden, on beautiful Land for Wildlife. It's small. It's unpretentious. There's a ceiling fan when the breeze is off duty. Enjoy the shower deck. Kitchen has sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod thingamjig. You'll need a car: We're 7 min to the shops, 13 minutes to the river, 15 minutes to the surf, 25 min to the hinterland waterfalls but only 0 minutes to tranquility. Host on premises.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Our air conditioned, pet friendly unit is a private separate space with your own entrance, lounge room, bedroom with ensuite and garden and outdoor BBQ dining area. We are near Lake Weyba which has lovely walking tracks .There is a walking trail through the National Park to Peregian Beach (3kms). A rare find to be on a rural property abundant with Australian wildlife and only a short drive to several patrolled beaches, shops and excellent cafes in an exceptionally dog friendly area!

And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.
