This sunny single story home has 4 beautiful bedrooms (2 master suites) and 3 full bathrooms with its own private screened pool. It is an ideal accommodation for 2 families to share, or one large family. This villa is located in the gated community, a small peaceful community set away from any main road traffic. The home is situated approximately 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World, and is conveniently located from all major Orlando attractions, nearby restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful and clean 3 bedroom house with a private south facing pool. Fully fenced in and not overlooked. Please note: Pool heat is optional and costs extra (must be ordered no later than two days before arrival) Pet restrictions - no farm animals. Cats have to be either declawed or trained not to scratch the furniture and door frames. Dogs must be kept off of the furniture and not potty in the house or on the deck. Must be leashed outside, and you have to pick up after them

Sandy's Southern Dunes Villa

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.

Bungalow cottage close to Disney Universal, for 4!

A full cottage for 4! The perfect place. Located just 20 minutes from Disney and Universal. Shopping and Restaurants are less than 5 minutes from the cottages. All new furnishings, fresh linens, fresh paint! Privately owned. This cottage is our favorite!!! We also just updated the A/C. Check our unit. We also have three other cottages on property, the Bitty Belle, Bitty Bliss, and the Bitty Blossom. All cottages are within 70 yards of each other.

Hello travelers! 😀 We offer a portion of our smoke-free home with a King sized bed, a large private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and a Harry Potter play area accessed by rock climbing wall. The mini kitchen has a microwave, bread toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator. There's an internet TV in the area with access to Roku. The pool and garden areas are shared with my family and another set of travelers. We are happy to offer our studio to travelers.

The mini kitchen has a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, microwave and a bread toaster. Please note the pool is shared with my family and another set of travelers. We offer our home to travelers only-we do not accept local reservations.

In ground pool covered by enclosed screen. Property fronts the old Sun Air Golf course (not active). An active bar and grill still operates in the old country club at the end of the neighborhood.
