Villa Twins is situated in the lovely coastal town of Crikvenica, famous for its natural beauty and crystal clear sea. A spacious terrace fitted with sunbeds and parasols as well as a private seasonal outdoor swimming pool is at your disposal, which makes this place ideal for a nice and relaxing family or friends' vacation. You also have access to BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining area. Free Wi-fi is available throughout the property. Private parking is provided, reservation is not needed. This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.
