Ofrecemos 2 estudios nuevos, muy seguros y acogedores dentro del exclusivo residencial Hacienda Pinilla, a solo 15mins de Tamarindo. Ambos estudios cuentan con kitchenette, ducha abierta y terracita. Están a 5 minutos en carro de 3 playas preciosas y del Hotel JW Marriott. Pueden dormir 2 adultos y 1 niño por estudio (podemos poner camita extra). Se pueden rentar por separado o también se pueden juntar. No hay piscina en la propiedad pero está el Beach Club a 5 minutos en carro.

This 1 bedroom house has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub with a view. The accommodation is within our property where we live all year round. it is located in pinilla hacienda (in front of marriot hotel). 500m from the beach ( mansita, avellana, langosta). It is a secure site where you can park your car. We share our huge swimming pool (23 m long). In hacienda pinilla, You could enjoy in to play golf, pickeball, ride a bike, surfing (with additional costs). We also have a dog.
