Reconnect with nature. Follow the windy trail through the woods to the semi private lake access with access to a canoe and paddle boat. Theres a Fire pit, bbq and picnic table. Inside there is a set of bunk beds, a hide a bed couch and a private bedroom. a small kitchenette with a stove, fridge and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a compost toilet. There’s a satellite tv and a propane heater for the chilly nights. We are pet friendly with a limit of one pet per $25 extra cleaning fee

Grab a cup of coffee and watch the loons right from the deck, unwind & simply enjoy being in nature at Sturgeon Island A-frame!

The whole group will be comfy in this spacious and unique spot in the pines. The overhead door is the only “garage” thing about it! There are plenty of activities in the area, or stay right on our nearly 15 acres of forested land to relax and walk or ride our trails through the trees. We’ve added a screen for the garage door opening. Now you can roll up the garage door to feel like you’re outside! The screen cords have been damaged so it will no longer retract, but works great down!

Only an hour north of the Twin Cities, enjoy modern conveniences like WIFI (60mbps), smart TV, complete kitchen, full bathroom, a bedroom and loft both with queen beds, a cozy living room with a real wood fireplace and an outdoor electric barrel sauna. Juliane James Place is 40 acres of Minnesota awesome located 1.5 hours north of the Cities and an hour south of Duluth — a cozy, yet still modern(ish), “up north” property with hunting, snow sports, fishing, antiquing, & lake access nearby. Our main house is available year round and adjacent cabin is available June-Oct. We created our space because we wanted to make a place where happy things happened. Pets stay free. Kids are welcome too.
