Το όνομα της περιοχής σημαίνει "καλή θέα" ή "όμορφη θέα", αναφερόμενο στη θέα που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα. Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Ρεθύμνου, συγκεκριμένα 850 μέτρα με τα πόδια. Η απόσταση από την παλιά πόλη του Ρεθύμνου είναι περίπου 2 χιλιόμετρα, όπου μπορείτε να δείτε τη διατηρημένη πόλη, καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και όλα τα αξιοθέατα.

Within a short walk from the beach (5 min), the centre (10 min) and the Old Town (15 min), the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building having a small balcony with sea view, perfect for relaxation. The building is on a central street of the city, where you can find shops, bakeries, cafes and supermarkets. You can really go anywhere on foot, but if you have a car, there is also free public parking nearby.
