There are nearby grocery stores, restaurants, & more. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This loft has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Bedroom area, living area, kitchen, dining, bathroom and laundry facilities all in one space on the second level of a private home. Your own private keypad entrance and a dedicated spot in the driveway make coming and going stress free. You will feel surrounded by nature with wood ceilings, a forest mural, and beautiful decor. We designed it to feel like a Scandinavian summer home.

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

Next to the heart of the UIUC campus and surrounded by mature trees, this spacious, serene guest suite offers a relaxing stay. It has a private entrance with a foyer, a studio style main room and a bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably with a queen bed and a sofa (not a pull-out) for lounging. No TV, washer, or dryer. No kitchenette, but a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Snacks and coffee pods provided. Not accessible for limited mobility. No parties and no smoking.

House also has an electric car charger free to use.

High-speed Wifi is provided by Xfinity with 4 TVs, each with guest mode Roku.
