Our simply stunning holiday home is available for over night stays, weekend breaks or longer stays to explore the local area and visit friends & family. Located centrally in Pevensey Bay means it is walking distance to local amenities and only a short drive / bus ride away from the town. The site has a shop, Indoor pool, newly refurbed in April 2024, clubhouse which has regular entertainment, children's playground and the added bonus of being right on the beach, Ideal for Eastbourne Airshow.

The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby
