Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

A rare find to be on a rural property abundant with Australian wildlife and only a short drive to several patrolled beaches, shops and excellent cafes in an exceptionally dog friendly area!

Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Amazing restaurants and cafes at your doorstep in a small complex Pets welcome with a $50 Please note smart tv has access to all streaming services but no free to air tv Couples are asked to use only one of the rooms . If you intend to use both rooms booking must be for 3 or 4 people to cover extra linen laundering
