Nestled on one of the highest points of Peregian Beach, Bella Vista is a beautiful oasis, overlooking the ocean. The spacious, well appointed apartment is located on the ground floor of our home, offering separate/private entry, private courtyard, hot spa, garden & direct access to a large saltwater pool (heated in the summer months). Off-street parking; 6 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the cafes and boutiques of Peregian village. Noosa is a 10 min drive away.

Situated on the front row directly opposite Coolum Beach, this top floor unit offers superb coastal views right up to Noosa Heads. Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
