Hawks Barn, overlooking Pen-y-Ghent, is a luxury mix of contemporary combined with original charm, situated 0.6 miles from Horton-in-Ribblesdale. Perfect for the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, Pennine Way, Pennine Bridleway or a relaxing rural break away from the madding crowd. Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

The ideal place to rest after walking or exploring. 5 minutes walk from the train station for those wanting to enjoy the Settle to Carlisle route. The cottage benefits from a wood burner, an Aga, washing machine, power shower, exposed beams, private riverside garden and very close proximity (2 mins walk) to 2 good pubs!

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic.
