The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor. A master room with its bathroom and the office are situated at the second floor. The house is ideal for 2 couples with 2 kids each or 6 adults with 2 kids.

The village Chanioti (Hanioti) and the wonderful sea and beaches is a 10 minutes walk away or about 900 meters within beatiful nature. Another 400 meters to the beach. Also possible to walk/cycle in the mountains and by the sea.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Main House This apartment is located in Pefkochori, Halkidiki, just 1’ away from the sea and its crystal clear waters. Going up to the 1st floor the apartment is to your right. When you enter you will come across 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped living room and kitchen. In the living room you will find a double sofa bed.

It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.
