Our well stocked kitchen has a sliding glass door that leads to our spacious backyard featuring a patio where friends & family can grill & where kids can play in their own playground. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. Our queen bed, fun 3 bunk bed and 2 futon beds in the living room offer guests many more sleeping options! Note: we do not accept local guests.

Just 40 minutes south of Kansas City in Harrisonville, MO! Come enjoy an updated three bedroom home with a fully stocked kitchen, two queen bedrooms and two twin bunks. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. During the fall and winter months, cozy up in the warm living room with a gas fireplace and a good book. An inviting back yard is perfect for grilling out, playing games and enjoying the quietude of a peaceful mid-century neighborhood. Full size washer/dryer use in unfinished basement.

Then you'll love our spacious 1200 sq foot guest house on our beautifully treed, secluded 3 acre property, complete with hobby farm animals. Whether you are coming to visit the KC Metro area or looking to get away from the city, we have you covered. Located just off of I-49 highway, we are less than 30 minutes from the Country Club Plaza, Kauffman and Arrowhead Stadiums, and Downtown Kansas City.

The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Secret Garden Short Stay

1 King Bed. 1 Twin air mattress rollaway (plz req rollaway) Washer/Dryer for your use. Wi-Fi Fiber. Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

Cozy private cottage/studio

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Midtown Retreat #1: A Hovel of One’s Own

Quiet, private space in the middle of Kansas City. 5 minutes to the WWI Museum, Crossroads arts district, Power&Light restaurant and bar district. 10 minutes to Westport, the Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Union Station and the River Market. 15 minutes to all the metro hospitals. Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.
