Cozy coastal tiny house getaway

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Mitchell Cottage (Unit B)

Welcome to historic Mitchell Cottage! We are located just minutes from Old Harbor and all it has to offer. This unit is spread over two levels. The main floor features an open plan kitchen and living room that opens onto a spacious deck with harbor views. Upstairs are two bedrooms- one with a queen bed and one with two twins- as well as a full bath and washer/dryer. We are far enough from town to feel peaceful and quiet, yet close enough that you can easily visit without bringing a car over.

Ambrose Hideaway

Please come enjoy our charming air-conditioned walk-out basement apartment on beautiful Block Island. The entire space is yours, with a private entrance and private bath. Open your door to an outside patio and enjoy our property on the edge of Ambrose Swamp. Just a ten minute walk from Old Harbor, ferries, restaurants, shops & nightlife. Close enough to hear the ferry's horn, but tucked away from it all next to this scenic marshland. Well-trained, housebroken pets welcome (for a small fee).

Suite Getaway

We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

Vineyard Studio at Spar Point Farm Block Island

Spar Point Farm on Block Island is a 6-acre working family farm including a vineyard, orchard, apiary, gardens, and greenhouse. It offers a winning combination of being well off the main road for privacy and quiet, but less than 10 minutes by car from the main port town and 5 minutes from the airport. The farm is flanked by 230 acres of conservation land to the west and enjoys sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, striking sunsets, and wondrous stargazing.

Mermaid House

Make yourself at home in our top floor suite on Block Island's West Side. Private entryway to an airy suite with large master bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, bunk room, and sun-deck with views of Block Island Sound. Situated off the main road, Mermaid House is a quiet getaway from town, a ten minute drive to all of Block Island's beautiful bathing beaches. Walking distance to rocky Cooneymus beach and the Nature Conservancy’s Greenway trails.

Shel House

Beautiful Block Island gem, gut renovated in 2010. Classic with all the modern conveniences. Easy walk to the ferry, downtown, and beaches. Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay.

Hayden House on Block Island

Hayden House is a cozy, tranquil island retreat that sits guests on 1.5 acres and is only a short 0.5 mile walk to downtown. The sun rises over the large deck that overlooks the back yard...and you will see beautiful sunsets while sitting on the front porch of this farm style home. Please note that Hayden House can accommodate 10 guests during the summer and 8 guests November through April.
