Private porch swing & charcoal grill. Community propane BBQ grills and fire pit (either propane or real wood, which ever you prefer if no fire restrictions). Pets are welcome with additional $45 fee paid to housekeepers.

Check out the local ruin's, Montezuma Well, Bell Trail to the crack, or enjoy beaver creek. Dogs are welcome fee $20, specify you are traveling with a pet.

Sedona/Jerome/Wineries/Out of Africa/Verde Canyon Railroad/Verde River/Hiking...just to name a few things to do. 1 pet less than 50 lbs allowed for an additional pet fee.

Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. National Park theme. Dog friendly (up to 30 lbs, can make exceptions), but see house rules for requirements. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home.
