Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. National Park theme. Dog friendly (up to 30 lbs, can make exceptions), but see house rules for requirements. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home.

Clean and peaceful home near the Verde River

Relax with loved ones in this clean and cozy home. The living room is in an open area next to the kitchen and dining area - great for visiting. The living room and all three bedrooms have wall mounted t.v.'s. I tried two different internet services (high speed) with poor results. I have since purchased Star Link and it is fantastic! I'm so excited about how it will elevate the guest experience. Stargazing on the back patio furniture is the best!
