There is so much to love about this charming little house! It was built in 1905 and has many original features such as 11ft ceilings, hardwood floors and multiple built in fireplaces. Yet it also has a few modern day updates such as the fully stocked, island kitchen; the best of both worlds! Guest house with one bedroom available. I occasionally live in the guest house to ensure everything is in working order. You will have the Guest house by yourself when you rent. I live full time in my Main house. Very private. I also have a nine year old female Lab, gentle, sweet dog. This property in rural, but only 3 miles from Jesup. I need a day's notice to ensure the guest house is ready for you. Rent is based on 1 or 2 guests.
