INFORMATION: For reservations of up to 2 people only, made from 25/08/2025, for the period between 01/09/2025-30/06/2026, you have to select the 1 bedroom of your choice (i.e., either the one with two single beds or the one with 1 double bed), as both will not be available.

With great zeal and respect to our guests, we created a pleasant accommodation space with all the necessary conveniences. The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. Our bright, cozy flat is located at the center of the modern city of Chania, within the vicinity of the city's shopping center, the central bus station, the old town of Chania with the venetian harbor and the beach.
