This 3 bed, 3 bath Modern craftsman in the very heart of Silicon Valley is an easy 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and offices that dot University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto. Arriving and departing CalTrain's Palo Alto University Avenue station is easily done with a 10 minute walk. You really don't need a car but the driveway easily handles 3 cars. Studio apartment is a separate/private unit in a residential home. The apartment has a private entrance and is equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle, table, dishes, and silverware), bathroom, and full size closet. Our guest house is located close to La Honda and Woodside in the North Santa Cruz Mountains. Located in the Redwood forest and looks down onto a beautiful creek from a lovely deck. There are many open space hiking and biking trails within a short drive, and the beach. 5 miles from Alice's Resturant. San Francisco and Santa Cruz are easily accessible. The house has vaulted ceilings and a full kitchen, and laundry.

This charming, quiet 2-story cottage includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and spacious common room with a couch, working desk, fast wifi and a large flat-screen TV. Located in a family-friendly neighborhood in Menlo Park, you'll enjoy your own private space with a separate entrance and tranquil, sunny patio area. The cottage is nestled in the rear of our backyard, detached from the main house.
