Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea.
