Historical White Pass Ticket Booth Packwood

This is the original White Pass Ski Resort ticket booth, then lifty shack, and finally wax room, built in the 1950's, when White Pass first opened. It became somewhat run down and put out of service, but was rescued by a Packwoodian with vision. It was hauled down from White Pass on a flatbed truck, where it was given a new metal roof, insulation, rough-hewn cedar and corrugated metal interior walls. With log bunkbeds, rocking chairs, cozy blankets, it's a snug abode for skiers and hikers!

Scandinavian design stands out in this efficient lofted 'tiny' cabin. Custom, built-in furniture, and thoughtful modern touches make this unique space relaxing and cozy. Take a relaxing soak in the private hot tub and then climb up to the loft to take in stars from the queen bed. The cabin is 12'x16' with a private drive and fencing for privacy, fire pit and BBQ grill with a picnic bench, toilet and sink but no shower or tub. It has a coffee bar but no kitchen.

The cabin offers big windows and a large deck. A quintessential a-frame - rustic with modern updates. A peaceful oasis in the mountains. We don't allow events in our home (weddings, elopements, parties, etc.). No exceptions.
