You will have your own private entrance with key-less entry. To access The Cottage, walk down the drive way, up the stairs to your suite. The Cottage was custom built with luxury in mind. This one-of-a-kind space provides the ultimate beach getaway! Custom doors and lighting, private balcony off your bedroom, black-out curtains, amazing shower with heated tile flooring, new super-comfortable Eastern King bed with luxury memory foam topper, remote controlled A/C and heating unit, bar sink and mini fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, tea kettle, Direct TV, closet, beach chairs and towels, and more. Unrestricted street parking. Local surf board and bike rental around the corner and if traveling with your four-legged friend, check out online sites for in-home doggie care within blocks. Walk to Bird Rock Coffee Roasters in the morning, Wayfarer Bakery and around the corner for amazing sunsets at the ocean. We are available to help with any questions or concerns during your stay. We look forward to having you! The cottage is a 4-minute walk from the ocean that has a lovely park and benches to enjoy the view, the sunrise and sunset, and clean ocean air. Just steps away from some of the best coffee shops, bakery and cuisine in the Bird Rock, LaJolla neighborhood. Enjoy great bars, shops and casual dining. It’s within a very short ride to Wind n'Sea Beach as well as the sand and surf of Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. LaJolla Cove is an 8-minute car ride. Walking is the BEST way to see La Jolla! Explore the neighborhood and its architecture, see the sea lions in the Cove, shop downtown La Jolla or just hang by the beach! If you want to explore more, Uber is the best way to get around! Pacific beach is 5-min away, Mission beach is 8-min away and downtown San Diego is only 15-min away! Access to The Cottage is down the driveway, and up the stairs. No smoking on property, including private balcony and deck. Southern California is known for being especially dry and fires can spread easily. Thanks for understanding!

Private Guesthouse with Bay View Deck

The one bedroom, one bath unit was recently remodeled (in 2017) and includes all new kitchen, bathroom, full size laundry and air conditioning. The large 400 square foot private deck has new outdoor furniture with views of Mission Bay and gorgeous sunsets year round. Enjoy a show on the 50" 4K LG smart TV in the living room which offers Netflix, Amazon Video, and major network TV stations. Cook a delicious meal in the kitchenette complete with a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove top, coffeemaker, and more. If you plan to head to the beach, the storage ottoman is secretly a "beach box" containing a couple of folding chairs, beach toys, towels and a small cooler. The unit is stocked with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies, iron, and more. Filtered water is provided via a faucet on the kitchen sink. Easy check-in via a numeric keypad on the front door with the code provided prior to arrival. Plenty of street parking is available. We love meeting new people and live next door in the main house so we are available most anytime. We are both from San Diego and still love to explore the latest new spots so we are happy to give recommendations. Bay Park is a great central neighborhood originally built in the early 1940s. It was recently voted the most livable neighborhood in a recent San Diego poll. Check out the restaurants on Morena Boulevard, which are just a few minutes' walk away or explore all of the major attractions of San Diego easily. The house has easy access to I-5 and is only 10-15 mins from downtown, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and the airport. The private guest house is located across from Mission Bay and within walking distance to bay, market, restaurants and coffee shops. Uber/Lyft is $8 to $14 to most of San Diego's main attractions. There is a bit of white noise from the highway down the hill near Mission Bay when out on the deck but nothing too bad, just worthy of mention. The unit has double paned vinyl windows so it's quiet indoors.

RENOVATED…Studio with separate entrance in gated property 6 blocks from beach in Pacific Beach. Bikes now available! Ask host for details. Sleeps 3, amenities include a queen bed and a fold single bed couch with full bath, small fridge, microwave, smart TV, 100mbps WiFi and air conditioning. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, outside shower and BBQ. Pets are welcome. There is a $50 fee per pet per stay. The studio is attached to the pool house. The pool pump is behind 2 doors & runs daily.

South Mission Beach Zen-Like Studio

This fully furnished second story South Mission bayside studio offers relaxed beach living. This studio sleeps 2 (Queen Bed) & 2 Boogie Boards are provided; private off street parking on premise. Bbq grill on small balcony. The unit is steps to the bay and short three minute stroll to the beach. Two beach cruiser bicycles provided which is one great way to get around the area. Please note, access to the second story is via an outdoor spiral staircase.

Enter through a hidden garden filled with plants into a cute, clean, recently refurbished studio apartment. Although the house sits on a quiet street with abundant free street parking, it is within easy walking distance of craft breweries, cocktail bars, cafes, and some of San Diego's best restaurants, as well as Trolley Barn Park. We're also an easy shot to the zoo, Balboa Park museums, downtown, and the beaches.

Separate 1 bedroom cottage with private entrance, bath and patio adjacent to owner's residence. 10 blocks from the Pacific Ocean. Cottage has microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Owner is usually available to provide information about San Diego places to visit, activities and places of interest. Parking is available on the street right out front for guests.
