A self-contained 1-bedroom flat with its own entrance in an Edwardian seaside villa. Close to the beach, overlooking the Marina, with a seafront stroll to the city centre. Completely refurbished in 2021 including a new kitchen and ensuite shower room, the apartment sports a fabulous sea view and a lovely vista over the nearby South Downs National Park. The flat will comfortably sleep 4 people in a double bed in the bedroom with ensuite, and on a comfy sofabed in the bright and spacious lounge.

Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.
