Walking distance to public transportation and St Laurent Blvd. 15 Minute bike ride to the beautiful Rockliffe park and "the pond". If you plan to have a quiet night to work or study, this is a perfect place for you. If you plan to party please keep it reasonable and clean :) I live in the other suite, I am professional, fun, and will do my best to provide you with anything you might need.
