En liten, koselig ettroms leilighet (26kvm) i toppetasjen på bygård på Majorstuen, mot Fagerborg. Veldig sentralt til alt, men samtidig et trygt og rolig strøk. Leiligheta er lys og trivelig, og har en fin sørvestvendt balkong som går inn mot en rolig bakgård. Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.

Private studio with a view, that is 20 min away on foot from central station and Opera house. It is my kids' room normally but I rent it out as a studio (private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom) when they are away. Nothing is shared with me or someone else. Just for you to know that I am paying taxes from my Airbnb income in full, as I should :)
