Herfra kan dere utforske kjente steder som Geiranger og Olden(ca2t), Loen m/Skylift(1,5 t), fugleøya Runde, Øye(1t) og Jugendbyen Ålesund(1,5t). Fjellturer til fots og på ski til Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen og Melshornet(du kan gå fra hytta). Nær flere alpin og langrennsløyper.

Gåavstand til alt sentrum har å tilby av restauranter, kjøpesenter, badeland, klatrevegg, bibliotek og kino. Kun 2 min gåtur til bensinstasjonen via snarveien/trapp på nedsiden av huset. Den ligg veldig sentralt til med kort avstand til restauranter, kafeer, bar, dagligvarebutikker, frisør og bank. Alti kjøpesenter ligg 100 meter unna. Småbåthavna er en 5 minutt gåtur unna. Ørsta er kjent for sine flotte fjell som egner seg både til fotturer og skigåing. Gratis parkering. Busstasjonen er 5 minutter unna. Til Ørsta/Volda lufthavn er det 3 km.

Huset har; 3 soverom, sengeplass til 4 gjester Stue/kjøkken 1 bad Vaskerom Stedet mitt passer for studenter, turister, festivaldeltakere, folk som vil oppleve fjella på Sunnmøre Ikke tillat med husdyr og røyking. Her er et rolig boligområde så høylydt festing er ikke greit

Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.
