Está cerca de la mayoría de las tiendas, parques de actividades/pista para bicicletas, playa, excelentes paseos en los Alpes de Sunnmøre, tanto cortos como largos, altos y bajos. También se encuentra a poca distancia a pie del centro de la ciudad de Ørsta con restaurantes, centro comercial, etc. El jardín no es tan grande, pero contiene las sartenes, los acogedores muebles de jardín y el trampolín. También hay un río justo debajo que tiene una bonita zona de baño. También hay buenas oportunidades de pesca tanto en el río como en el mar.

Muy cerca de fiordos y montañas/rutas de senderismo, y con unas vistas fantásticas. Ski cubre un corto trayecto en coche, y si hay mucha nieve, puedes ir a esquiar de vuelta a la casa. Excelente ubicación para excursiones de un día por la zona, como Ålesund, Ulsteinvik, Stryn y Geiranger. La propiedad tiene un gran jardín con cama elástica y casa de juegos. Posibilidad de aparcamiento en garaje doble, así como en una amplia entrada.

Det er 2 matbutikker rett ved. den ene er rett rundt hjørnet, ca. 2 min å gå, den andre 5 min. å gå. Der er også et lite senter, med sportsbutikk, treningssenter, cafe og apotek. Stedet har en sovealkove og en ekstra seng, så der er plass til 3 personer, men passer nok best for 2. Der er egen uteplass. Parkeringsplass. Fester/party er ikke lov.
