This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

It includes a queen bed, small "camp" kitchen, toilet, shower (towels are provided), small deck, and electric heater.( Note that it can be cold in the cabin when the temps dip into the 20s and 30s.) Historic Nevada City is just a short walk from the site.
